Pipe Major - Jake Kwiatkowski, The Rochester Bagpiper, has been a piper his entire life and a member of Feadan Or since the age of five. Jake competed and performed with Feadan Or for many years before joining The 78th Fraser Highlanders in Canada. Jake learned the art of pipe bands and pipe band leadership under pipe major Bill Livingstone and his primary teacher, John Cairns. Jake currently makes his living as a full time bagpipe performer and instructor in the Rochester area.

Pipe Sergeant - Alec Cheney is both an accomplished highland and Uilleann bagpipe player from Buffalo, NY. Over 25 years, Alec has played with various US and Canadian pipe bands including The Buffalo Bagpipe Club, The Caledonian Pipes and Drums, and Braemar Pipe Band. Alec also played with several Australian bands while residing there and had the distinct honor of competing in the world pipe band championships with The City of Dunedin Pipe Band; one of the few professional pipe bands in the United States.

Drum Sergeant - Tom Foote is a distinguished, lifelong snare drummer and percussionist. As a soloist, Tom achieved professional status and earned recognition as a Champion Supreme across all grade levels in Ontario. Tom's pipe band band career includes all the major Canadian bands of this generation: The Clan MacFarlane, The 78th Fraser's, Peel Regional Police and The Toronto Police where he contributed his talents to a pivotal era in pipe band history. Tom has been a supporter and player in Feadan Or since its founding.
